What is myverte?
Myverte is a brand centric market place built for customers to discover new brands and for brands to interact directly with their followers. It’s a participatory platform where everyone joins together to create Satisfillment in shopping.
How do I search for brands?
To find brands, click on the bag icon and you will be directed to the brand discovery page where you can view all of the brands offered on myverte. You can also use our search function to look for brands, products or by various categories.
Do I need an account to place an order?
myverte users can process orders as guests by simply providing your e-mail address. However, having an account does have its benefits. You can manage orders, track items and more.
How do I get special offers on myverte?
The best way to stay informed on all that is new on myverte is to create an account. As a registered user you’ll have the benefit of communicating directly with other shoppers for real live reviews, connecting with the brands you love and receiving special promotions that are available to registered users only.
I forgot my password: what should I do?
Resetting your password is very easy. All you have to do is go to our setting tab, click on account setting and opt in to reset your password.
Can orders on myverte be returned and refunded?
Most orders on myverte can be returned and refunded. However, some brands that participate on our marketplace may not offer refunds or returns. Please check the return and refund policy per brand under the product description.
Do you deliver outside of the U.S?
Currently myverte only offers delivery within the U.S – All states are eligible for delivery.
How fast will my order be processed?
Generally, we try to ship all orders within two hours after it is placed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I checked out?
Yes, you can cancel your order or modify once it has been placed. However, if an order has been shipped to its destination, we will not be able to stop delivery. If an item has been dispatched, please reach our customer service department to obtain a return shipping label.
Do you gift wrap or provide gift receipts?
No, we do not provide gift wrapping or gift receipts at this time.

If I decide to sell my products on myverte, when do I get paid?
Project Verte has no net terms. Project Verte provides a wallet to each seller and funds become available as soon as the transaction settles. At the seller’s discretion, the funds can be transferred daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly with no fees.
Does Project Verte offer fulfillment services to support sellers?
Yes! Sellers can choose to use any 3PL service, ship themselves, or take advantage of Project Verte’s low-cost, world-class fulfillment services. Contact our sales team at [email protected] to learn more.

Project Verte is building a community in which brands are a vital part of our growth story. We absolutely encourage brands to recommend additional brands to join our curated marketplace. Reach out to our sales team at [email protected].
How long does it take to get started with myverte?
Once your brand participation has been confirmed, the setup process is simple. Webstores can be live on our site in as short as a 1-2 weeks.
Does myverte integrate with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, WooCommerce, Big Cartel, Squarespace etc?
Yes! Project Verte is a technology company at our core and our goal as a full circle e-commerce solution begins with simplifying the lives of our sellers. We have easy to install plug-ins that enable simple integration with all of the popular e-commerce platforms. Additionally, in certain cases, we will support custom integrations.
Can I handle my own returns?
As a seller on myverte, you will need to support a minimum 14 day return window and you can decide whether to have returns shipped back to your company or if you would like Project Verte to process them for a small fee.
Does Project Verte’s warehousing support custom packing instructions and/or custom packaging?
Yes, Project Verte’s state of the art warehousing can support kitting, custom packaging requirements, custom boxes, etc. to support your e-commerce needs.
How do you handle taxes across multiple jurisdictions that you sell across?
Collecting and remitting state sales taxes has become increasingly complex for sellers. To support our sellers, we remit all applicable sales taxes to states as permitted under law. In other cases we collect the taxes on behalf of our sellers and provide reporting for sellers to remit the necessary taxes to the correct states.
Can you help me with importing my goods to the United States?
We can support you through the process of working with customs, by executing a Power of Attorney which will allow us to take custody of your goods at the border and cost-effectively transport your goods to our warehouse.

When will I be charged for my purchases?
Myverte processes all payments at the moment that they are finalized during the checkout process.

How do you keep my identity and credit information secure?
Myverte is operated on a blockchain technology (vertechain) which has the most secure encryptions and ledgers available in online shopping today. Your information and identity are secure with us and will never be shared with anyone unless mandated by law.
Why are prices for brands on myverte different than other websites offering the same brands?
Myverte is designed for brands to have full control over their content and offerings. Prices on myverte are determined by each brand. Sales or any other promotions are provided by the brands as well.
