Shipping

All products are made-to-order for you. We take between 7 to 12 business days for production as all of our items are handcrafted by our designer and his team.

Returns

We hand pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has obvious damage, please contact us immediately in order to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number which you will need to include in your return package. You can then send the product back to us wrapped in its original packaging and we will be happy to replace the damaged item.
